The session will focus on how primary care networks can get the best impact for patients and practices using FCP services. Drawing upon eight years’ worth of experience through the creation of PCN's, implementation of national governance and funding changes. The session will share hints and tips on how to improve FCP services as well as look forward to how additional roles, particularly first contact roles will need to develop into 2025 and beyond.
