This session will guide delegates through what an Apprenticeship is and how this training and development can have a positive impact on the individual, the team, the setting and all other stakeholders. The session will take the delegates on a journey of how a highly effective Apprenticeship programme is delivered and the positive outcomes that come from having team members engaged in further study.

The benefits of having an embedded Apprenticeship programme as a continued professional development and retention tool in the sector cannot be under estimated and PMA will demonstrate to employers how it can be done effectively – highlighting their Deliver to Distinction teaching and learning strategy and showcasing the excellent improvement projects learners have been involved in.
