Working at scale – How to avoid the legal pitfalls.

09 Oct 2024
Business Services Hub

Collaborative working and scaling up of general practice provision can bring a number of benefits for both practices and patients. The successful delivery of the COVID vaccination programme is just one example of what can be achieved when practices work together effectively. However, scaling up your practice and working in a more integrated way with other parts of the healthcare system can give rise to a number of legal issues and challenges. In this session, a panel of legal experts from Hill Dickinson’s primary care team will explore collaborative and at scale working models and provide tips for overcoming some of the most common legal pitfalls.
