Modern general practice is the foundation of a transformation journey to better align capacity with need, improve patient experience and improve the working environment for general practice staff.

Join this session to find out more about how modern general practice is part of a strategic approach to support transformation and enable general practice to be sustainable for the future. 

 

Minal Bakhai, GP and National Director for Primary Care and Community Transformation and Improvement NHS England, will be joined by the team from Mayflower Medical Centre in Harwich. The practice will share its experiences of implementing a range of transformational improvements to address challenges with patient access, satisfaction and staff morale.
