Communication between primary and secondary care is often beset with challenges. Different software, operating systems and difficulties in data sharing can create barriers to the flow of information. The newly introduced e-Referrals systems are intended to reduce these problems, but in some circumstances have complicated matters further. This session will look at how communication across the interface can be improved.
