One size fits all medical care is no longer able to meet the needs of our patients. Increasing complexity of care in general practice, multiple morbidities, post Covid catch up, and a further shift of from secondary to primary care combine to drive the need to adapt services and care for patients. This session will explore how existing services can adapt to this new model of care, and how general practice can provide the care that patients prioritise and feel is important to them on an individual level.
