Providing/improving extended hours access services

12 Oct 2022
BMA Theatre

The 2022/23 PCN DES saw the implementation of the full PCN access requirements, bringing together the previous national ‘Extended Hours DES’ and the local ‘Extended Access’ schemes into a single PCN based service. With PCN access plans agreed locally, this session will look at the different approaches that PCNs are taking, the key barriers that have been met and how PCNs may want to develop their access plans going forward.

Dr. Clare Bannon, Commissioning and Working at Scale Policy Lead - BMA
