Framework and case study for competency mapping your ARRS workforce

13 Oct 2021
PCN Transformation Theatre

One of the main challenges facing PCNs and GP Federations currently is deciding how to invest their ARRS funding. With a myriad of possible recruitment strategies for ARRS roles, PCNs and GP Federations may find themselves adopting a trial and error, ‘one size fits all’ approach when deciding which ARRS role to next invest in. This approach, however, may not identify which ARRS roles would have the greatest impact across a given population. In this session, the team from Soar Beyond will be sharing case studies of how PCNs and GP Federations are mapping workforce competencies with patient and population needs to identify their next ARRS role investment.

  • • Understand the current challenges and issues PCNs and GP Federations face in deciding how to invest their ARRS funding
  • • Understand how PCNs and GP Federations are mapping workforce competencies with patient and population needs
  • • Develop practical solutions to support you to capability map and identify your next ARRS role investment
