HR & Employment Issues in General Practice
This session is intended to address some of the more frequent issues that regularly arise in medical practice; enabling participants to have the tools to manage their human resource and deal with staffing challenges more effectively.
The session will look at the HR implications of ‘Working at Scale’ and some of the issues you will need to consider. This will cover the employment models for PCN staff and liability implications for practices – this will cover TUPE, redundancy and liability particularly when practices are looking at merging, partnering or taking over a practice. The session will provide the practical guidance on how to manage the likely changes resulting from the new models of delivering GP services.
