This session will describe the recent progress made on the NHS App and how new features are helping patients and staff in winter 2023. Discussion will include hospital appointment features, notifications and messages, key pharmacy updates - including the ability to track prescriptions and a walk through the changes making it easier for users to order, track and collect their medications efficiently. Following extensive product development to reduce burden to front line services, the NHS App team are keen to hear the audience’s experience of working with the NHS App, and ideas on making the digital front door more central to the citizens who use the NHS App.
