In this session Sonnet Advisory & Impact will present findings from their research project into general practice nursing. Sonnet will share their reflections about how nurses make a difference to their patients, practices and communities and value this adds.  This research showcases a previously under-recognised profession and raises some compelling challenges to the sustainability of this vital workforce. An opportunity to find out more about the value that the general practice nursing profession brings, how we can present and articulate this value, and what can be done to further support the profession.
