This session will talk through what digital transformation is and why we should initially focus on getting the basics right, optimising what we have and emphasising the importance of giving staff the training and tools they need. The second part of this session will look at GPAD, drawing out key points to improve it and also explaining why it doesn’t give us everything we need and what we can do about it
