Richard  will focus on the impact of all of the pharmacists and the value they have brought to Primary Care particularly post Covid - and the role they will play in the General Practice Recovery Plan. He will share his thoughts on the future of the community pharmacy and the value they offer to patients, to general practice, and the support they give to the GPs and other clinicians. 

Nick will focus on the impact of all of the personalised care roles and the value they have brought to Primary Care particularly post Covid - during the pandemic all of the Personalised Care roles provided an invaluable link to primary care services. Since Covid they have become a vital provider within the integrated care model. Nick will share his insight or the roles and the value they offer to patients, to general practice, and the support they give to the GPs and other clinicians.
