With the sustained pressure on primary care, GPs are struggling to offer preventative care measures to patients. With minimal invite and uptake rates observed across England, this discussion will centre around how adopting a digital-first approach to NHS Health Checks can lead to better clinical, financial, and operational outcomes. An NHS Digital Health Check pilot study will be presented.
