  • Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
  • Tickets purchased are only valid for travel into and out of Birmingham International or Birmingham New Street between 2 October - 10 October 2026 on Avanti West Coast only.
  • Booking must be made at least 7 days in advance to access discounted fares.
  • Discount and tickets only valid for sale to registered members. Proof of Event attendance must be shown with your ticket.
  • The discount is available on Avanti West Coast Advance fares on selected services.
  • Each booking may be made for up to 4 passengers, all of whom must provide proof of Event attendance. There is no additional child discount. There are no further discounts for Railcards.
  • Seat reservations are compulsory and free of charge for both outward and return journeys and are only valid when travelling on Avanti West Coast. Customers must travel on the trains and seats they reserve. If customers travel on different dates or trains, they will have to purchase new tickets at the full fare.
  • Travel is subject to availability and requested journeys cannot be guaranteed.
  • Tickets are non-refundable and the time or date of travel cannot be changed.
  • Some weekend and occasional weekday services may be affected by engineering works, so please check when booking and also the day before you travel on the Planned Engineering page.
  • If you have specific needs or require journey assistance when travelling by train, please contact Passenger Assist at least 24 hours before you intend to travel.
  • All travel is subject to The National Conditions of Travel, please refer to the National Rail Enquiries website for details.
  • Travel is only available on services operated by Avanti West Coast. In cases of severe disruption The National Conditions of Travel apply. If you are in any doubt as to whether a certain train is run by Avanti West Coast, you should check with the staff before boarding.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to cancel the promotion without prior notice.
