NHS England and NHS Improvement’s ambitious Test Beds programme brings together innovators, industry and the NHS to tackle some of the biggest challenges facing the NHS, including diabetes.Hear from national leaders about how the programme is testing combinations of digital technologies with pathway redesign in real-world settings in a bid to use the potential of digital technologies to positively transform the way in which healthcare is delivered for patients and carers.

Greater Manchester Strategic Clinical Networks will also be presenting their experience of implementing their one-stop digital platform – Diabetes My Way – designed to help people self-manage their condition more effectively which they have developed and delivered as part of the Test Beds programme.
