This session with cover the symptoms and signs of Endometrial cancer and when to refer on the urgent suspected cancer pathway. It will review the latest published British Menopause Society Guidelines on unscheduled bleeding on HRT and cover how to risk assess women into high and risk low. It will also advise when to refer for an urgent pelvic scan and will showcase the proposed West Midlands Cancer Alliance model for managing unscheduled bleeding on HRT. It will cover when and how to make simple HRT changes.

  • -When to refer on the urgent suspected endometrial cancer pathway
  • -When to request an urgent pelvic scan for a low risk women with unscheduled bleeding on HRT
  • -How to risk assess women into high and low risk as per the British Menopause Society Guidelines
