Improving Access by Rethinking Patient Communication

Poor communication drives up demand and blocks digital access. This session shows how to get communication right across websites, SMS, the NHS App, social media, in-practice, and in-consultation channels. Drawing on Redmoor’s work with over 800 GP practices, we’ll explore how AI systems & avatars, better use of data, and joined-up messaging can reduce pressure and improve access.
