This presentation will summarise the implications and opportunities of the NHS 10-year plan for GP practices, PCNs and GP Federations.  It will focus particularly on the Single and Multi Neighbourhood Providers, what the implications are of both, what Neighbourhood Health Centres will look like and the requirements of collaborating with a wide range of community providers.
