International delegates and commercial companies
If you are from outside the UK or work for a commercial company you will not qualify for free ticket but can purchase passes. Commercial passes are priced at £699+VAT
Your delegate badge will give you access all areas to Best Practice and Best Practice in Nursing.
Please note, commercial companies will be invoiced £699+VAT if they attend the event under a complimentary pass reserved for healthcare professionals. To ensure only healthcare professionals apply for complimentary passes we ask for you to sign a disclaimer agreement at the beginning of the registration form.
Can I transfer my delegate pass to a colleague?
Yes. You may transfer your delegate pass up to the day of the event should your work/personal circumstances change and prevent you from attending the event on either day. Please refer to the below the non-attendance fee.
How do I transfer my delegate pass?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details for the person taking your place.
What if I register but can’t attend - is there a non-attendance fee?
Your pass will remain completely fully-subsidised if you attend even for half a day. Delegates who do not attend and do not cancel their place by 27th September 2019 will be liable to pay the £99+VAT non attendance fee.

Can I use my attendance for CPD?
Yes – the conference is self certified. There will be record aids available online for each conference session you attend mapped to CPD requirements allowing you to turn your attendance into CPD records.
Over 18's only
The exhibition is a trade event and the nature of the exhibits during the open period will reflect this, as such it is not a suitable environment for children and minors. Due to health and safety regulations we are unable to admit anyone who under 18.
