Flexicare has published its ESG Impact Report, providing an overview of the environmental, social and governance activities that have helped shape the business over the past year. The report reflects our commitment to operating responsibly, strengthening accountability and embedding sustainable business practices across our global organisation.

As a global medical device company specialising in airway management and respiratory solutions, we recognise that responsibility extends beyond the products we provide. It is reflected in the standards we uphold, the decisions we make, and how we support clinicians, employees, customers and communities around the world.

Key highlights from the report include:

• Establishing a global carbon baseline to support future emissions reduction activities.  
• Achieving an 11% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions through operational efficiency initiatives.
• Setting a long-term target to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 63% by 2035.
• Achieving a 70% participation rate in our global employee engagement programme.
• Supporting communities through volunteering, fundraising and charitable partnerships across our regions.
• Strengthening governance, compliance and responsible business practices across the organisation.

The report also highlights initiatives including renewable energy sourcing at our UK headquarters, the expansion of environmental management activities, employee wellbeing and development programmes, and ongoing investment in quality, compliance and patient safety.
