We provide support to your in-house team during peak hours, such as the morning rush, providing call navigating and information taking easing the burden on your reception staff whilst increasing patient satisfaction.

ALL DAY COVER

We provide support to your in-house GP team throughout the day when required, such as sickness, holiday and training cover. As an extension of your reception team, we'll provide call and information-taking to ease workloads and limit call waiting times.
