Our coach will conduct a free of charge ‘Discovery Call’ with you to discuss your objectives.  Plans can be designed to meet your individual needs and explore the priorities.  An important element of coaching is developing capability and self-dependence rather than just imparting information. Coaching equips people to deal with situations that have and could arise. We recommend at least three sessions over the course of 3 months with the option to extend if required.
