As an NHS business partner, Interface helps primary care improve outcomes, reduce health inequalities, and deliver targeted resources for proactive care. Working with around 50% of all GP practices and PCNs, our clinicians focus on key therapy areas, including respiratory, CVD, and diabetes. In 2024, Interface conducted over 300,000 patient consultations, leveraging data insights and clinical expertise to enhance patient and NHS outcomes.
