At the Learning & Development Centre, we are committed to supporting the people to develop their skills and knowledge to provide better levels of service. 

Since 2014, we have worked alongside healthcare organisations, general practice teams, VCSE, charities, HEIs, schools, MOD and wider support staff to strengthen skills, build confidence, and improve the quality of services delivered to people and communities. 

We are more than a training provider. As part of Sentinel Healthcare Southwest CIC, we operate with a clear purpose—to reinvest in services that make a positive difference to the workforce and the communities they serve. 

Who We Work With 

We support a wide range of roles across the NHS, MOD, VCSE, charity and beyond, including clinical staff, non-clinical teams and management. We understand the pressures facing organisations and we design our training to be practical, relevant, and immediately applicable in the workplace.
