Frontline+; our flexible healthcare reception training programme, aimed to develop the skills and capabilities of staff to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This has been successfully delivered to over 1500 reception staff to date.
PForm+; our simple, easy to use approach and system to replace traditional annual appraisals. Developed specifically for healthcare environments, the PForm+ approach (and supporting software) will not only increase productivity but save valuable management time, improve employee engagement, encourage standardised behaviours across your organisation – all while supporting the CQC 'Well-Led' criteria.
