^{Our flagship cardiovascular programme is designed to work alongside established clinical risk assessment, bringing together traditional and female-specific cardiovascular risk across the life course, including pregnancy-related and menopause-related risk, to help identify women who may benefit from further assessment and follow-up.}

^{ThriveHer combines patient pre-consultation preparation, structured clinician summaries, evidence-linked resources, inclusive pathway design and outcome tracking to help healthcare teams identify actionable care gaps earlier, improve patient readiness and make better use of clinical time.}

^{Our focus is the implementation gap around prevention: who is identified, who reaches appropriate assessment, what action follows and whether that pathway is completed.}
