Key responsibilities.

• Assist in the planning and implementation of care plans under the supervision of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct routine clinical tasks, such as wound care, phlebotomy, and basic diagnostic procedures, adhering to best practice guidelines.

• Educate patients and their families on health management, including lifestyle changes and self-care techniques.

• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, including GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals, to deliver coordinated patient care.

Qualifications and experience.
