iGPR Experts are responsible for processing medical reports on behalf of GP Practices through the iGPR Managed Service, including Subject Access Requests, insurance reports, Army Medicals and reports for the DWP.

They also provide excellent customer service to Practices using the iGPR software directly, ensuring high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with data protection policies.

Day-to-day iGPR Experts work through allocated reports, follow standard operating procedures and help meet service level agreements, playing a key role in the growth and success of the Managed Service.

This role requires strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ideally some experience in Healthcare or Information Governance, with full training and support provided.
