iGPR Magicians are responsible for providing exceptional
customer service to GP Practices and to requesters of medical reports,
overseeing the medical report request and retrieval process.
In this role, you will validate GP details, handle inbound
and outbound communications, assist with payments, resolve queries, and guide
users through iGPR services.
You will also work closely with internal teams to
ensure seamless operations, contribute to process improvements, and perform
varied tasks to support overall service goals.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and
confidence on the phone are essential, with prior experience in NHS
administration or GP practices highly desirable.
