Baby changing and feeding
Olympia London has baby changing facilities located within the disabled toilets inside the exhibition hall (Olympia National), at the rear of both the ground and gallery levels.
While there are no dedicated feeding facilities, if you require assistance, please visit the organisers' office, and we will be happy to help.

Accessible toilet facilities
Accessible toilets are available throughout the venue. All separate accessible toilets are unisex, and there are also modified cubicles within the gents and ladies toilets. Disabled toilets and baby changing facilities can be found inside the exhibition hall (Olympia National), located at the rear of both the ground and gallery levels.

Getting to Olympia
By car
Whilst it's quicker and easier to travel to the venue by public transport, we understand there is sometimes just a need to drive. To assist with navigation, the postcode for the venue is W14 8UX or what3words: cages.fact.glove
By train
Kensington (Olympia) is on the London Overground network. It's one stop from Shepherd's Bush (Central line) or West Brompton (District line). The venue is next to the station. For more information, visit

Best Practice London & Women’s Health Professional Care is held in the National Hall at Olympia London.
The hall is accessed via the dedicated entrance located on Olympia Way.

Yes. Olympia offers a choice of food and drink outlets and seating areas within the hall, making it easy to take a break between conference sessions and exhibition visits.
Visitors can also choose from a new range of bars, cafés, and restaurants located on the upper floors of the venue as part of the recently completed redevelopment project.

If you registered before 8th February 2027 then you will be sent your delegate badge in the post. Simply bring it with you and grab a lanyard on the way into the hall for hassle-free, fast-track entry.
If you register after our postal deadline, or don’t receive your badge in time for the show, don’t worry, we’ve still got you covered. You will receive an email from us a few days before the event with a ‘print at home’ version of your delegate badge. Just print it off, bring it with you, and grab a plastic pouch and lanyard on your way into the hall.
If you come to the event without a printed version of your badge, you will need to print your badge from one of our self-print terminals in the registration area – located in the entrance to National Hall. In this instance, we recommend bringing your registration confirmation email to help ensure a smooth check-in process. We will also send you a badge code reminder email a few days before the event.
