Dr Chloe Hillman is the Clinical Director for Chiswick Primary Care Network. She grew up in the local area and following her medical training returned to West London to complete her GP training. She has been working as a GP in Chiswick for 15 years and as a clinical director since 2022. She has developed an extensive portfolio of skills, has held diverse roles including End of Life Care Lead for Hounslow CCG, a GP trainer, and GP Education lead for Hounslow Consortium, overseeing training and mentoring of multi professional groups working in primary care. Dr Hillman sees primary care as the foundation of healthcare and strives to improve access to, and the quality of care delivery in her local area.
