Dr Dom Hogan is a 8 session partner and GP trainer at Silverdale Practice in Burgess Hill. She is passionate about digital innovation in General Practice, and with the practice management team has led on the successful implementation of a total digital triage system. This transformation has improved patient access, removed the 8am scramble for appointments, delivered high quality and prompt patient care. It has also resulted in a substantial reduction in GP workload, supporting a safe and sustainable model of General Practice.
