Dr. Hameed is a Principal GP and Digital Lead for her PCN. She is an experienced healthcare leader and consultant working at the intersection of clinical, commercial and technology fields to improve primary healthcare. She has worked to support deployment of technology both nationally and internationally through her work with the Department of International Trade (DIT) and Academic Health Science Networks (AHSN). She has also been a clinical commissioning lead for cardiovascular disease in NEL ICB for over 7 years and has extensive leadership experience in managing and supporting healthcare commissioning and procurement, including facilitating the deployment of multiple health-tech startups. Dr. Hameed has trained with a specialist interest in Cardiology and has a passion for supporting proactive management of cardiovascular disease. She hosts primary care events, fostering a community for forward thinking,innovative GPs and continues to act as an advocate for improving primary care using digital tools as an enabler. She currently works as a GP Partner in North Central London ICB and Partnerships Lead at Suvera, where she is able to support primary care through the use of innovative tools and services.
