Emma is the Nursing Director for the South Yorkshire Primary Care Workforce & Training Hub, a Queen's Nurse, and a recipient of the Chief Nursing Officer's Silver Award for outstanding contributions to nursing. She has led the design and delivery of award-winning educational programmes, including pioneering initiatives for Practice Nurses and Nursing Associates entering General Practice. A passionate advocate for interprofessional education, she promotes integrated learning and collaborative practice across professional boundaries.
