Flemming is a Danish-trained paramedic (since 1996) and former London Ambulance Service clinician and senior officer, with extensive experience in primary care leadership as a GP-based paramedic, practice manager and PCN business manager. He co-founded LineIn to revolutionise patient access—helping practices get patients to the right care, first time, while reducing operational pressure.
