He oversees NHS partnerships, hiring, commercial operations, and Tandem's strategic collaboration with Accurx. A University of Bristol-trained doctor with an MBA from London Business School, Ian also spent time at Bain & Company delivering strategic advice to healthcare organisations, including a £20M NHS programme. At Tandem, Ian focuses on scaling adoption of AI tools that reduce documentation burden and enable better patient care. His leadership has been pivotal to the company's expansion into the European market.
