Imogen is a Women's Health Physiotherapist and Advanced Clinical Practice (ACP) Master's Student specialising in pelvic health. She works full time in the NHS developing pathways and services to improve access for women to Pelvic Health Physiotherapy and is currently working in the Tower Hamlets Women's Health Hub. Her clinical interests include perinatal rehabilitation, return to high-impact sport, and integrating performance training principles into pelvic health care. Passionate about empowering women with knowledge and confidence, she combines research-led practice with real-world strength training to help women move, lift, and live without limitation.
