Jess has been PBM at Silverdale for nearly 4 years. An experienced Business and Strategic Manager within Primary & Urgent care for over 25 years. Jess has developed and led services to provide Out of Hours, Urgent Care Services, Roving GP, Emergency Dental Services, OOHs Community Nurse Services, GMS contract Services and is a current Board member for the Practice PCN. Jess has a keen interest in utilising technology to enhance patient experience and enable her Practice to provide safe and sustainable services to the patient population.
