Michelle has worked in the NHS since 2001, developing a long and well established career in primary care. She spent 17 years within the same organisation, progressing through a range of roles and gaining in depth operational knowledge. Her experience spans three GP practices and a large not for profit organisation, where she later worked as a Senior Operations Manager supporting three sites across East Sussex. Beginning her career as a receptionist, Michelle progressed through secretarial and management roles, including QOF Manager, Deputy Practice Manager, and Practice Manager, giving her a strong, hands on understanding of general practice from the ground up.
