For the past twenty years as a South Kent GP, I have had a passion for improving respiratory care. This started with my involvement with PCRS, or the GP airway group, as it was originally called. This also allowed me to help Kent CCG's develop better respiratory services and an integrated COPD management pathway involving primary/secondary and community care teams. In the COVID era, I helped develop Long Covid services that helped treat over 2000 patients with severe post-COVID symptoms across Kent/Medway. I am co-chair for IRDN respiratory KM region.
