Phin founded Pure Physio in 2006 and now leads the wider Pure Unity Health Group with a team of over 600 clinicians and non-clinicians working across the UK. Pure partners with NHS and independent organisations in the delivery of MSK, pain, women's health and long term condition support services. He has been involved in the delivery of FCP for over 10 years and also works with NHS England as an ambassador for the additional roles within primary care. He has a passion for quality clinical delivery and is a huge advocate for the benefits of MDT working in primary care.
