Tracey has worked at Health Innovation East Midlands (HIEM) since 2020 and enjoys working with multiple partner organisations and systems to implement, learn from and improve innovation within the healthcare system. She has worked in the NHS for over 30 years starting as a physiotherapist and after completing a Masters in Organisational Development and Change, has held a variety of leadership roles. At HIEM, Tracey works within multiple collaborative partnerships to seek out and implement proven solutions to health and care challenges. Current clinical areas of focus include Cardio-renal-metabolic conditions, ADHD, Osteoarthritis, Asthma and COPD.
