Áine holds an MSc in Clinical Psychology and has extensive experience as a Senior Assistant Psychologist. In this role, she has demonstrated expertise in providing support to diverse patient populations, including those with complex mental health needs. Áine has a strong foundation in evidence-based practices, and she is passionate about preventative healthcare. Áine is now the Digital & Transformation Lead for two Primary Care Networks (PCNs), where she focuses on driving strategic digital innovation and transformation initiatives. In this role, she employs a data-driven approach to enhancing healthcare delivery and patient experience through service development and the streamlining of operational processes. With a combination of clinical and managerial skills, Áine is dedicated to advancing healthcare services through innovative approaches and evidence-based practices. She is committed to leading transformative change, ensuring that healthcare is accessible, efficient, and patient-centered.
