Alisha is the National Programme Manager at Experience Led Care, where she leads the delivery of training that enables healthcare professionals across the UK to run effective group clinics. She has a proven track record in improving personalised care and supporting clinical teams, with expertise spanning programme management, customer engagement, and service improvement. Among other programme management roles, Alisha is a qualified Health and Wellbeing Coach who led group clinics in primary care for people living with type 2 diabetes and obesity. Passionate about behaviour change and personalised care, she combines frontline coaching experience with her background in effective project management and behaviour change to champion innovative models of healthcare delivery that create space for peer support, motivation, and lasting health improvements.
