He is Director of Medical Education at Learna Ltd, leading postgraduate programmes for healthcare professionals worldwide, and Chief Academic Officer at YouMakr, an AI-driven EdTech platform. Clinically, he specialises in weight management and longevity, with published work on GLP-1 analogues, nutritional supplementation, and biological ageing clocks. A Fellow of both the RCGP and the Academy of Medical Educators, Dr Kotecha is passionate about integrating evidence-based lifestyle medicine and mentoring colleagues in building sustainable portfolio careers.
