Anna is a consultant geriatrician working and leading the Hull and East Riding community frailty team from the Jean Bishop Integrated Care Centre, which opened in 2018. The team deliver both urgent and proactive frailty models including comprehensive geriatric assessment through a multidisciplinary, multiagency workforce.
