Bobby Pozzoni-Child

--, --
Bobby joined the GPPA in November 2022 with an extensive background in both operational and strategic roles in GP Federations and Primary Care Networks. She has been involved in development and new service design, working closely with Practices and LMCs in both London and Bucks, and in establishing at-scale working ahead of the introduction of PCNs. Prior to joining the NHS Bobby held leadership roles in the private sector, specifically within Talent Planning and Succession and holds her CIPD Accreditation. In Buckinghamshire she worked as a PCN Network Manager before taking on the post with the GPPA. Within the GPPA her key function is to sit across all the workstreams and portfolios within the GPPA, convening the GPPA team and ensuring all work is aligned to broad Buckinghamshire General Practice perspectives. Bobby also holds a key function, acting as a single point of entry to General Practice Providers and system partners, enabling easier dialogue to enable the development of place-based services in Bucks. The Bucks GPPA brings together key leaders from General Practice, including the Federation, LMC and PCNs, to provide a consensus on the priorities and perspectives for General Practice across Place, offering a simple and welcoming interface for the ICB and other external partners. The GPPA works to enable the ‘art of the possible’ to deliver collaborative healthcare at various scales and locations through the coordination of independent GP Provider organisations.
