Bryn established and leads our burgeoning Southampton office, which opened in 2021, and is a partner in the Hempsons Real Estate team. He offers his clients a pragmatic and down to earth service which utilises over 20 years’ of experience acting across the public, private and third sectors on a variety of property transactions. He looks after the premises interests for a diverse range of clients, including GPs, dentists and other healthcare professionals. He has particular expertise in and enjoys acting for GPs on the development and improvement of their surgery premises – including accessing grant and bank funding, working with commissioners and negotiating with third party developers and other stakeholders, and premises issues relating to partnership changes (including routine succession and mergers), mortgage refinance and leases.
