Charlotte Goodson
Adviser,
Primary Care Commissioning CIC
Charlotte has worked with English and Welsh Government Department-led committees in developing the pharmaceutical services regulations and drafted the accompanying guidance. She now runs events and workshops focussing on various elements of the regulations including pharmaceutical needs assessments (PNAs), market entry and rurality. Charlotte is currently working with a range of organisations advising on the intricacies of the pharmaceutical services regulations and their practical application. She has recently written two PNAs in England and three in Wales and leads PCC’s support to both HWBs and the Welsh Local Health Boards on the production of their next PNAs. Before joining PCC Charlotte was head of primary care contracting at a primary care trust and was responsible for implementing the current primary care contractual arrangements and subsequent performance management. Before that she was the practice manager of a rural dispensing practice operating out of two sites.
